Lip Trainer Patakara is easy to use (M Patakara & Lohas Patakara)

Please follow the product instructions carefully so as to maximise the effectiveness and safety of the products.  There is no limit to the number of times per day you can use Patakara facial therapy.  However, it is recommended that you start with four sessions per day.  Each session should last for 3 to 5 minute.  Slowly extend the duration of the training sessions over time.

Use two fingers to press the upper and lower sections together to compress the device for insertion into your mouth.

From one side of the mouth, slide the still compressed device between your teeth and lips.  Then ease the device into the other side of the mouth.

Please make sure the device is fitted between the teeth and lips.  Close your lips (not your jaws) tight over the device.  Hold in position for 3-5 minutes.

Place hand A against the side of your face, and press in a backwards direction. Use hand B to pull the handle on Patakara in the opposite direction. Hold for 5-10 seconds.

Switch hands to train the other side of the face. Hold for 5-10 seconds.

Place hand A on forehead, and press backwards and upwards. Use hand B to pull the handle on Patakara downwards and towards your right. Hold for 5-10 seconds. Switch hands and pull the handle towards your left to train other side of the face.

Use hand A to pull on the handle upwards.  Run hand B down the neck continuously to stimulate the neck. Exercise for 5-10 seconds.
