Fit Pull

Please follow the product instructions carefully so as to maximise the effectiveness and safety of the products. There is no limit to the number of times per day you can use Patakara facial therapy. However, it is recommended that you start with four sessions per day. Each session should last for 3 to 5 minute. Slowly extend the duration of the training sessions over time.

Insert the Patakara under your lips and close the lips hard over it. Place your fingers (excluding the thumb) into the Fit-Pull near the palm of your hand. Change-over of the Fit- Pull from one hand to the other is easily done as shown.

Using one (left) hand first, place the Fit-Pull on your cheek with your little finger next to the nose and the index finger close to the temple. Open your fingers to gently press against your cheek.

Use your right hand to pull the Patakara handle to the right. The Fit- Pull on your left hand is now gently pressing on your left cheek, thus fixating the facial muscles. In this way you are stretching your lips in opposite directions while closing hard over it. Do not relax the lips, otherwise the Patakara will be pulled out of the mouth. Hold in this position and count to 10 seconds.

Now, while closing your lips over the Patakara, change the Fit-Pull to your right hand. Use your left hand to pull the Patakara handle to the left. Use the Fit- Pull on your right hand to gently press your right cheek thus fixating the facial muscles. Hold the position and count to 10 seconds. Do strike a balance between the holding power of your lips and the pulling force your exert. As your lips become stronger, you can begin pulling harder.

Pull the Patakara handle downwards with one hand. Use the Fit-Pull on your other hand to press your forehead, slightly lowering your head and firmly closing your eyes. This helps fixate the muscles. Hold this position and count to 10 seconds.

Lift your head, pulling the Patakara handle upwards with one hand. Use the Fit-Pull on your other hand to gently press on your neck fixating the muscles while the Patakara is bing pulled in the opposite direction. Again hold this position and count to 10 seconds.
